Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from Kid Rock after just four months of marriage. Pamela, 39, and Rock, 35, both cited irreconcilable differences when they filed divorce papers yesterday (Nov 27, 2006).However, they both gave different separation dates.

The former “Baywatch” actress said they split before Thanksgiving weekend on Tuesday November 21, while Rock - who filed under his real name, Robert “Bob” Ritchie - claimed they broke up on Sunday (Nov 26, 2006).

Pammy posted a message on her personal website yesterday, saying: “Divorce. Yes, it’s true. Unfortunately impossible.”

The couple married on a yacht in St. Tropez on July 29 this year and had a further two wedding ceremonies.

Pamela described the St Tropez ceremony as: “The best most romantic wedding of all time.”

The couple had been trying for a baby but the “Blonde and Blonder” actress suffered a miscarriage earlier this month. It has been alleged that Pamela’s cameo in the “Borat” movie may have been the cause for the split.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Universal Studio chief Ron Meyer held a screening of ‘Borat’ at his house for a bunch of people, including Pam and Bob about two weeks ago. It was the first time Bob had seen the movie, and he didn’t like it.”

“Bob started screaming at Pam, saying she had humiliated herself and telling her, ‘You’re nothing but a w***e! You’re a s**t! How could you do that movie?’ in front of everyone. It was very embarrassing.”

“Pam thought he could have a sense of humor about the movie. She was in on the gag from the very beginning and loved doing it.”

“And on the eve of what was supposed to be a very positive thing, he made it an awful night. Ever since that night, it has been icicles between them.”

“Bob is just a very unhappy and angry man. Pam is very disenchanted and sad. The reality is he is an insecure, angry man.”
